I'm impressed with how maturely you handled this. Many people in these forums tend to fly off then handle and it is nice to see someone calmly handling/taking advice and revising your previous statement to reflect what you actually meant. I wouldn't. Exercise can only be good for you. Even if you don't see an associated weight loss while exercising, you will still be a healthier person for it, which I think is an even better result.

Could you tell me how much I should be eating please? I'm about 5'6, 21, and 150 lbs. I'm not sure what my body fat % is now, but before I started exercising and was about 8 lbs heavier I was at 26% So far I've been trying to net between 1200 to 1500.

I tried Alli once, and the side effects are actually manageable, but I didn't notice any significant results. It wasn't worth it to me. Plus, because fats are necessarily for vitamin absorption, there's a chance you won't get adequate nutrition while taking it. So, all in all, I think your idea to toss it was a smart one…

I use body fortress protein supplement from wal-mart at the moment... I like the chocolate flavor, and when I mix it with milk it's almost like I'm getting a treat! :)

Right now I'm 5'7 and 149 lbs, and probably a medium frame? I'm not sure... I wear a 9 in jeans, an 8 in dresses, and most often a medium in shirts, but it depends where I'm shopping.
