I am currently wearing my size 4 jeans I haven't been able to fit past my butt in about 6 months!

I have the same goal as you, just my exercise is a bit different. I think it's a great goal! feel free to add me!

I have had migraines since I was very young. Regular exercise, a crazy amount of hydration with water and plenty of sleep help keep mine at bay. I've also noticed some foods are a trigger for migraines so maybe tracking what you're eating and when you're having the headaches and/or migraines will help you notice a pattern.…

That's been true for me as well. This time they were about 2 weeks apart.
-
haha yup! all this!

I've lost 15 lbs in about three months and didn't notice a change until this week. It just kind of seemed to happen all of a sudden. My clothes were much looser and I looked a lot more slim in the mirror. Just stick with it!

The first time I gave MFP a shot I ate a stupidly low number of calories and worked out like crazy....lost 45lbs in 4 months and over a year and a half I gained ALL of it back. So this time around I'm doing this differently and it's working really well. This time around I've gone from 158 to 143 in just about 3 months with…

As everyone above said just stick with it! Enjoy your night and just try to stay within your BMR calories if you can. Even if you go over one night won't hurt you in the long run! I went out last night for dinner, ate light earlier in the day to save some calories and didn't gain anything this morning! Had a drink, large…

I follow a 5:2 plan and it just works well for me personally. It's definitely not for everyone, but I just like the flexibility and feel more satisfied.

^^^^ this. Go to an allergist if you really think you have a true allergy. There is no such thing as "slightly allergic". You are or you aren't. And if you aren't, you're going through a lot of hassle for no gain!

Well I'm just starting the challenge today but... 24 years old 5'4 Starting weight: 158lbs Current weight: 143 Goal Weight: 123 Goal for April is to lose 7-10lbs. No loss since April 1, been eating closer to maintenance due to sickness and just feeling run down but back at it today! Exercise goal is to run 5-7 miles a week…

I just wanna lose three pounds!

I have had issues like that for many, many years and just recently discovered "Smooth Move" Tea and it is amazing! It's gentle but very very effective and safe. Good luck!

I eat a 100 calorie brownie in a mug! 1 tbsp flour 1 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp cocoa Pinch of baking soda Pinch of salt 2 tbsp Apple sauce. Mix well and microwave for 1 min 15 seconds. Works very well for me!

Haha apparently I should go back and read the whole thing! I got annoyed at the ignorance and had to comment...

First off, stop stressing. It's ONE meal just don't go overboard. And secondly as someone with food allergies its pretty aggravating that you would just "pretend" to have a food allergy. Who does that?!
-
I'm a big tea drinker and have had zero negative affects. Well okay, sometimes you can have too much caffeine but that can easily be avoided. I always have a water bottle with a few tea bags in it. I say do what works for you!
-
Stay very hydrated and Smooth Move tea works very well! All natural and very gentle
-
^^^^ I LOVE this.

I know someone who follows TIU religiously and I've tried it with her. Honestly not worth the money. Like someone said the nutrition plan is like so many FREE available out there. The workouts aren't fantastic and don't really push you.

good for you! I also have drastically cut my alcohol intake. I used to have several craft beers and some wine as well as the occasional liquor when out with friends or at a party. Now after several weeks I find myself not even wanting a drink. I used to use it to cope after work as well. I do allow myself the occasional…

me me me! 24, looking to lose around 20-30lbs at a rate of about 1lb or so a week
-
I have mine at 1lb and end up losing more than that on average every week, usually between 1.25 and 2lbs. I eat all my calories usually. I have adjusted my calories however to be closer to my BMR and that has helped tremendously
-
I'm the same way. I struggle most of the time to exercise outside of work. I've found that I dedicate my lunch breaks to a quick 20 minute workout and that along with a healthy diet is enough for me to lose
-
Normally, I weigh every day just to stay on track but only log once a week. I'm going to step away from the scale this week so my next weigh in will be 01/05!
-
When I'm sick I tend to let myself eat when I'm hungry even if I've already had my calories for the day. That said I don't eat junk and I stick to my "diet" of healthy foods. I also make sure I'm actually hungry and not just bored, tired or whatever. Let your body have more fuel if it wants it! Just don't eat above your…

Thanks for the reply! I'm going to set it at 1lb a week and if I end up losing more, great! If not I'm not worried. I feel pretty good around 1300ish-1500 calories generally and tend to lose pretty steadily with it. I've finally figured out that eating when I'm hungry multiple times a day is much more effective than…

Thanks so much! That's what I was thinking but just wanted to make sure that I was in the correct line of thinking.

Actually I'm a female!
