Need your help... We are going to London on Friday evening for the weekend and we have booked to eat at Bella Italia on Saturday. It's already worrying me what I'll eat and how many calories it'll be. I don't want my hard work this week to be ruined. Any suggestions? X

You are saying you are worried about 1 meal? Plan your day accordingly. Eat less early. Workout beforehand. Do things to make sure you have calories to use. And if you go over, log it and move on. It's one meal. Enjoy - totally jealous, BTW.

Thank you. . In the past is been a bad meal which has meant I don't loose anything/not much which I then give up on. So just wanted advice x

Stick with it girl. Even if you over indulge one day it is not that big of a deal. I saw a picture/quote thing that said something like: Letting a poor food choice derail your whole eating habit is like taking a hammer to your smart phone just because it got one tiny crack in it.

As everyone above said just stick with it! Enjoy your night and just try to stay within your BMR calories if you can. Even if you go over one night won't hurt you in the long run! I went out last night for dinner, ate light earlier in the day to save some calories and didn't gain anything this morning! Had a drink, large dinner, and even had some cheesecake for dessert.
