Hun, I dont think your not doing enough, its all about what your doing and also about eating. I generally want to lose weight quickly thats why I am pushing myself and also I am seeing just how much I can handle. yea I feel like it lol now just finished with 20 sit ups my target was only 10 but I pushed another ten and my tummy is killing lol

after today i will push myself, I have realised if i start in the morning with a workout then i feel more energetic so am going to keep that in mind for tomorrow

The thing is I am not hungry at all and if i eat something then I will feel sick :( I will prob have an apple or something like that

now this has got me thinking am still kinda confused with net calories as I am currently at 219 I have been exercising like hell today and have burned over 1500 calories and still have loads of energy to do more later. and have consumed over 1700 calories. Am i doing ok?

I was silly enough to order that metabo weight loss tablets as they look soo tempting lol. I have tried them many years ago and with a balanced diet and exercise in the evening I was a good weight…
