                    Help!!!!
I just came back from holiday in Canada to visit my family, I had such a great time however, i have almost put on 5 Kilos
This has been such a backstep for me and now I am soo depressed. I couldnt exercise whilst I was there and was taken out alot to resturants and buffets I just couldnt stop myself.
I really need to lose this back again but scared that I will not be able to lose it again. I need some tips please and if anyone has been down this road please I would like your input on this pretty please

Awesome that you had a good time - it sounds great. I would say just enjoy the memories and try to get back on your wagon and feel positive about things again. Just because you gained a bit doesn't mean that you should give up.0

 well that's the reason
you have taken the first step by coming back to MFP, the next step is get your mindset on ensuring you log your food intake daily, and get into a regular exercise regime. The 5 kilos will soon come off.....all the best 0 0

Ooh but imagine the great feeling you'll have if you do say 20 minutes of good exercise first chance you get! Even right now if you're at home. Or at work - walking up lots of flights of stairs for example. Start soon and you might feel less yuck and like you're back on track again. You lost it once - you can do it again!0

Almost everyone puts on weight on holidays.
The good news is that some of it will be water weight and will drop back off.
Just get back into your old routine, eat well, exercise normally and check yourself in 2 weeks.
 Good Luck .0

You can ALWAYS lose again. There will obviously be sacrifice, but that is what seperates the winners from the losers. My best advice is for you to go look in the mirror and do some soulsearching. Ask yourself, am I ready to do what it takes to do this? Am I going to be consistent and not keep coming up with excuses? Am I strong or am I weak?
This isn't for everyone, but if you want it, you can take it. Fight hard, and claim the life you want.0

It is most likely a lot of water weight which will come off soon. Unless you ate over 38000 above your maintance calories it's not fat gain. Some may be but not all. Give it a week and see where you are.
Drink tons of water and eat healthy and it will be gone in no time.0

Worst thing you can do is to start a weight loss battle unmotivated. It sets you up for failure.
Go in with a positive attitude and determination imo.0
