We have a crawfish boil to go to tonight so I need to burn lots of calories to prepare! I'm going to do BFBM and quick NMTZ (circuits 1-4)!
-
I mix it up with different JM workouts--No more trouble zones, banish fat boost metabolism, 6 week 6 pack, kickboxing fast fix, and shred it with weights.

Jillian loves her burpees, that is for sure. I used to really hate them because I was horrible at them, I could barely do 2. I still hate them but proud of how much better I've gotten at them! I think I am going to do Level 2 on 6w6p tonight. That workout has replaced my burpee loathing with plank mogul loathing!

Day 10 done! I did Shred it with weights.

Im glad im not alone! Obsessed is definitely the word! Maybe it does burn calories and I've underestimated my activity level by a few THOUSAND calories! ;)

Great idea! Ice cream always helps!

Thanks Mike, I've been doing that and stuffing myself at night after my workouts. Last night it was hard to net my BMR because I changed up my workout at the last minute and had to eat back a lot more calories. I don't do long workouts, only 30 to 45 min but I end up with a high burn. I was having an emotionally tough day…

I'm questioning it all! LOL. Should I eat more? Less? Workout more? Less? More carbs? Less carbs? I guess my main question is if I need to go up in calories more or just hang tight where I am. I do enjoy working out, I can see my legs and arms changing a little. I will cut down on my just cardio and stick with the workout…

I eat around 1800 a day but thinking about increasing.

Welcome! I'm a junkie, too! I am doing a rotation between Banish Fat Boost Metabolism, No More Trouble Zones, Kickboxing Fast Fix, and 6 week 6 pack. I have to change it up often or I lose my motivation!

A quote I saw on Pinterest has stuck with me and I repeat it to myself all the time when I am working out and think it is too hard on me--"Your mind will give up before your body will." And it is so true. Your body is capable of great things but our mind usually gets in the way! Have faith in yourself! =)

Man oh, man. I had planned on doing level 2 on 6w6p but I started feeling down on myself thinking "none of this is doing any good....wah, wah, wah" so I switched it up and had Jillian kick my *kitten* in NMTZ and I upped my weights and gave it everything I had. I was grunting and sweating but I feel great now! Hoping my…

My elbows killed me the first few times through level 1 on 6w6p but it does get better! Now level 1 is a breeze and I am struggling through level 2. Hang in there!

I so needed this today! Thank you so much!

I did workouts 1 and 2 on Kickboxing Fastfix and man I am dripping sweat! I love the workouts--they are fast and crazy. I had to do the moves a little slower to get the hang of them but it is still got a great workout. I am going to be feeling it tomorrow. Next time I am going to try to do all three workouts! (workout…

I like the Jillian Michaels Whey Protein vanilla flavored (2 scoops) mixed with 2 sccops of PB2 chocolate. The Jillian Michaels is all natural and the pb2 hides the protein powder flavor plus ups the protien content! The protien powder only has 3 grams of sugar for 1 scoop.

Just finished NMTZ! I fought through it but so glad I didn't give up!
-
NMTZ for me today! My butt is still sore from when I did it on Tuesday.

Yes, your body needs a rest so it can repair. When you do exercises you are basically stressing the muscle and the muscle has to repair itself by getting stronger. Rest days are a must! Today is mine, it is always hard for me to be motivated on Fridays! http://sportsmedicine.about.com/od/sampleworkouts/a/RestandRecovery.htm

With a whole chicken, it was probably taking into account the skin and fat. That is my guess, anyway. =)

Great info! Bumping this so I can find it.

I'm chalking it up to the pollen--I've been exhausted for the last two weeks and I've only been on the calorie upping program for a week. :)

Day 4--BFBM done! Rest day tomorrow! YAY!

Well it depends on what you like the best. I'm a wimp when it come to weights even though I know that is what I need to do the most. I love Banish Fat Boost Metabolism but it is a kickbutt cardio routine with no weights. Instead you use your own body weight and resistance. No More Trouble Zones is the companion to BFBM but…

I'm doing my own rotation of the DVD's I own. Back to my favorite today--BFBM!! It kicks my butt but I love how accomplished I feel afterwards! Friday is my day off then NMTZ on Saturday. We can do this, girls!

Ripped is very similar to shred except it has 4 levels. 6 pack is focused more on the abs but it still works your whole body and you get a good cardio workout as well. 6 pack is set up a little differently, it's longer than Shred and Rpped and there are only 2 circuits but they are longer. There are 2 levels on 6 pack. I…
