Calories burned with HRM?
So today was my first day working out with my new HRM. I did Jillian Michales Banish Fat Boost Metabolism for 55 min. My HRM said I burned 627 calories?! When I log my food should I log the net carb options? Like with fruit? I'm still not 100% sure how the "net carbs" really work. Sorry if it is a dumb question. =)

Share your daily menus?
So I just upped my calories yesterday after spending hours going through all the information in this group. I am going from 1200 calories a day to around 1700. My BMR is about 1500. I am struggling on how to get all my calories in with the right ratios. I was hoping you could share some daily meal ideas! Thanks so much!
