If she REALLY wanted it she would do it. Simple as that but just tell her to do it gradually eg start with cutting down on soda and then weaning herself off it. Its like cigarettes your more likely to relapse if you go cold turkey then if you gradually cut down over time.

IM 5 ' 6.5 and i wear a DD cup my goal weight is 125pounds and 15-18% body fat you should be fine at 130 pounds but It depends on how you look at 130pounds

it depends how much are you ment to be eating if its 1200cal a day and your not eating 700 cal of it. Then theres something wrong with you or your not tracking your food properly. But if your ment to be eating 2000 cal per day and not eating 700cal i'd say your fine
