I'm 5'6" i'm currently pregnant with my 2nd but before my lowest was 125pounds and i reckon i could of toned up a bit more in my legs. It was easy to maintain I ate extremely healthy/clean (around 1800-2000cal per day) and exercised daily with 5x 1hr weight sessions and 6 x 1hr cardio sessions a week. I didnt really care about weight though I cared more about body fat percent which I was 15%. I reckon focusing on body fat percent is better than focusing on weight0

I'm 5'7" and currently 128 lbs. My body fat % is around 27... so my goal is to get my body fat down to 20% and at the very least, 17% or so.
I no longer care what the scale says, because I'm weight training and building muscle (to burn this fat) and to get stronger. Whatever the scale ends up saying when I've recomp'ed my body down to 20% fat with some added muscle I'll be fine with. Hopefully, I'll uncover some pretty freaking awesome abs in the process.

I'm 5'7" and hoping to make it to 140. But that would be my weight when I was 18. I've got an hourglass shape - (defnitely top heavy) so I doubt that much less than that will look healthy on me0

I really have no clue, i've been chuby and Fat my whole life, I was going to sell myself short and just shoot for 185 cause I was at that weight and really loved it, and I wore it well if I do say so myself, but then I gained it all back and before loising 21 pounds I was 278, then I realized I think it's cause I didn't really believe in myself to get to an even more fit size, then after talking with my mom said I probably caould have lost another 30 or even more maybe, if I wanted too,
so now Im shooting for 150 but I think I really will decide once I get there, I met try for 130, who knows? I might be able to pull that of healthy, I am built with a lot of bulk muscle, but I am really excited about being really slick and lean!
Im even ok if I lose my breast while doing it, I can't wait to feel really good and fit, but any who good luck to you on what ever weight you mind up it

I'm 5"7 and wayyyyyy back as a teenager I was 134 pounds which I thought was way to skinny and tried for years to gain weight. Well I got my wish, after 5 babies and stressful life my highest weight was 283...I got down to 199 about 5 years ago and then lost a little more so my lowest weight after that was 165 which I thought was perfect, I was down to about size 8-10. I'm currently 188 and my goal is back to 165 but may go just a little lower maybe 150, I'll have to see how it looks on me but at 165 -I was a HOT momma...LOL
I'm hoping to reach this goal by June, I hope I'm not pushing it but I want to be ready by summer. :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:

I'm 5.7 and my goal is 130lbs, i think 125 through to 135 would look amazing, but whenever iv been more then that iv always felt i want to lose more. so my goal is 1300

My name is Kristie....I'm 5ft 7".....I started on here in the new year and have so far lost 6.5lbs
My SW: 170lbs
My CW:163.5lbs
My Goal: 135
I did at one time weigh a steady 9.5st - 133lbs and was a UK size 10.
Underactive Thyroid found me and transformed me to UK18 - 13st 3lbs - 185lbs in just over a year!
It's taking time to come off but i'm getting there. Would love to be around 133/135 again! :-D

I'm 5'8, larger frame, my goal weight ultimately would be 160, but Im aiming toward 170 right now still have quite a ways to go to get there!0

I'm 5'7", currently 182 (have lost 5 lbs so far), and my goal is 145lbs. Since I have a perky butt, that puts me in a size 8 (others a 6). I'd be happy at 145lbs since that was my wedding weight 4 years ago. Since then I've also had a kid.0

Currently aiming for 153 since this is where I was when I did WW pre-babies. Ideally I'm focusing on Body fat % and want to get to like 18% and see how I feel. I have a lot to go still, but it's not a race and I will get there. Fit by 40 (I'm going to be 35). So by the time I'm 40 I really want to be in the best shape of my life and I don't mean just hitting my goal weight, but low body fat %, more muscles, lifting heavy, etc.0

Mine is 140. I started at 231, currently at 179.5. I plan on being lean and muscular and muscle weighs more than fat so 140 is reasonable.0

I'm 28 and 5'7.
Currently 154, hoping to get down to 130 (or thereabouts...i'm gonna stop when i look 'right' as i'm not sure if 130 is too little for my build... we shall see i hope!). SW was 162.

Skinny legs was me in a size 3 at 5'7 at ~90 pounds in high school. My waist is actually smaller (I have a jacket that matches the dress on over it). I ate allot, and won food eating contests, and definitely did not have an eating disorder, though there were many rumors. Mom wouldn't let me buy the style clothes I loved because it 'made you look sickly thin'. I couldn't gain weight to save my life and I was always quite offended people like you existed in the world. It's just as bad saying similar things the other way around. It does not help anything. It got to the point I went to my doctor about it and he told me I actually had large bones and was skinny (which made me feel worse). But, then he said I was healthy and not to worry about it though I felt I looked sickly (pale red head did not help).
That being said that doesn't mean that it's alright for everyone to be that weight or try to get there. Food is yum, eat.0 -

GW: 120 by the end of this semester-ish, which point I'll have more time and my back will hopefully be good enough for me to work out my abs of steal So finally I'll probably be about the weight I am now, but hotter, and more cardiovascular, and able to throw punches for all the picked on skinny minis out there
And since everyones been sharing and in case I can find some more like me...I have a small upper body (but with some boobs) and carry all my weight from my hips and below (despite what the picture above shows haha). I'd like my final waist to be about 25 inches. So I'll probably be a size 8 'cause my butt's huge, and that's what I was in before...stupid pants, always hanging off in the back...
For an idea, I want to be around this again (I was 120 here):

I'm 5'6 and I started almost a year ago at 188. My original goal was 140, but I'm 143 right now and the pounds are still coming off quickly. (Actually the last 10 pounds came off more quickly than the previous ones due to changing up my exercise program, and being very strict about proper nutrition in the last month and a half I believe.) So once I hit my original goal I'll aim to get to 130, but probably at a much slower pace since I'm going to switch my focus more to strength building and improving endurance and less on what the scale says.0

This pic cracked me up!!! I'm 5'7. Starting was 230. Current is 220. Goal is around 150. Like a previous poster, I've been heavy for as long as I can remember, so I have no clue what I'll look like when I get there. But I feel like I have a decent sized frame so I don't want to get too thin. As much as I'd love to fit under the bars like you did, my "birthing hips" as my mom calls them will NOT ever allow me to do that. :laugh:0 -

I was 140-145 from the age of 14- bounced back within a couple weeks after my first pregnancy, and never lost the weight with my second pregnancy at 28. That range was where I felt my best. Get me to 135 and under, and I just look scary thin.
I don't understand how some women (judging from this thread) can be at 140-145 and 5'7 and fit into such tiny jeans? At that weight, I always wore an 8/9.0 -

I'd say it has most everything to do with body fat % and body composition... Right now I'm 128, small frame 5'7" yet my waist and hip measurements are around 28 & 38.5 respectively... so, unfortunately for me (or fortunately, if you're a man who likes *kitten*) I don't even get to fit into jeans smaller than stretchy 6's... That's right, 128, 5'7" and barely fit into a 6 (more comfortable in an 8 probably) BECAUSE of my body fat %... I'm around 27% or so.
Fortunately, with weight training... this can change So... I'm aiming for a size 4 again in less than six months of weight training. And I'll probably end up around 125 or so... which doesn't look too skinny for my frame, small frame.0 -

My first goal is 170. From there I will be working to get down to 160-155. I'm more of a in between medium/large frame. Im halfway to my first goal so Im thinking I want my body to stabilize at the 170 mark and maintain it for a couple months and then hit the accelerator to get to 155-160 ha.0

I'm 5'6. CW is 143, and I'm aiming for 130, but depending on how I look/feel, anywhere in the 125-135 range might be ok. I'm hoping to lose a few pounds, but mostly I want to tone up. I'm starting a heavy lifting program in March, and as long as my body fat percentage goes down, then I'll be happy with whatever weight that leaves me at.0

I'm 5'6 1/2" My goal is 140. When I make that I will be down a total of 83 lbs. Since I started back on August 1st I've lost 29lbs...0
