I read you are student with a limited budget :D not that I am rich lol, but fat free cottage cheese is excelent and egg whites. what else mmmmm, have you tried Soy meat? has virtually 0 % fat and lots of protein and works wonders and tastes very good, almost like beef :D

max 1 hour after workout. Make a smoothie using the protein powder, berries, banana o whatever fruit you want :D It helps you a lot to recover and build your muscles :D

Fat-Free Cottage cheese is excellent! and not expensive at all! Almost pure protein and les than a calorie per gram :D Egg whites are also 100% protein Also fish, chicken breast are good options :D

In my opinion Zone bars are the best. protein, lots of vitamins, etc etc 200 cal each and CHEAP (of course as compared to other brands)

seems youre having a slow metabolism problem. I should suggest cutting most (not all) of carbs and eating good protein (i.e, fish, chicken), avoid all kind of sugar and bread, take only a copule of fruits per day, and continue the workouts. try drinking green tea or hibiscus tea (no sugar) to get rid of accumulated water.…

Ice Green tea (homemade, no sugar) and the best of all, just plain water with fresh lemon juice on it. You can put some fresh melon, water, ice, blend! very nice taste!
