new and looking for motivators!

Hi everyone, I just joined a gym a couple weeks ago and a trainer told me about this website. I joined yesterday and started counting calories (which I've never done before) and really find this site helpful! I'm trying to set small goals and get stronger as I go. I did have a couple questions for all of you.
In trying to eat healthy, I know I should be doing lean protein, low fat and carb....but that doesn't mean much to me, and it's hard for me to take time to read every single label. What are some helpful foods that taste yummy and will help me lose weight?
Also, how do you find time / motivation to work out every day? I always feel so good after I do, but to actually get out of bed and get going .... it's a struggle!

Best motivators are health! and healths means to live longer, and to live longer means to enjoy your family, kids, And lets be honest , all of us deeply desire to look hot and get compliments!0
