This pretty much hits the nail on the head! without lifing weights and eating more your unfortunately not going to build much muscle. Here in the UK Salter scales a a good make they have good quality scales plus I have a set which I can plug my laptop into for graph read outs etc. They have served me well

Everybody hates DOMS mine normally kick in two days after squating and I have had them where I was struggling to walk/sit down etc. If they are really stopping you from doing other things then perhaps try lunges or another leg exercise until your legs get used to the exercising again. I love my job!! I work on an oil rig in the middle of the north sea, it's an ace job. The one downside though is the three weeks away from my family. But thats when this site and the message boards comes in handy!

On the rig at 10am its Bacon sandwhich time and then at 4pm its cake time. Now I sit there with fruit and nuts as the lads dig in and tell me what I'm missing! (the gits lol)
