Did anyone else watch the program this fasting on BBC2 tonight? I have to say so far I'm sold. The way the guy was able to fast for just two days a week and the results he had were pretty impressive. Measuring portions help
Hi guys, I have just bought some measuring spoons with the hope that it will help me with my portion control and ultimately lose weight. I am right in saying that I should be aiming for 1 cup of protein, 1 to 2 cups of veggies and 1/2 cup of carbs per meal? Any help would be appreciated :)

Love my bed to much!!
I have been setting my alarm this week for 5am one hour before I need to with the intention of going to the gym. How many times have I been? NOT BLOODY ONCE!! lol I keep turning the alarm off and re-setting it for 6am. I must have zero will power :)

Smoothie help....
Morning :) I've just knocked up my very first smoothie for breakfast it consisted of: Low fat Greek natural yogurt Strawberries raw Blueberries raw Raspberries raw Blueberries raw Now when I added it all into my food dairy it came to over 300 calories. Is this right? Just seems a bit high?
