I chose 130 as my goal weight, because when I lost the weight the last time I felt so good about myself. Plus things I wouldn't wear at the size I am now I would when I was a size 8 and felt comfy and not insecure at all.

Hahaha...I am so glad to see someone else admit they can't do the whey protein with water. I know there are alot of people who can. I just can't. It makes me gag and to me has a gritty taste.

Thanx for posting this!! I just tried the oatmeal and I mixed the protein after heating up the milk and oatmeal and it made it dry. Well I actually did water and oatmeal to heat it up. I usually do whey protein with 2% milk. People usually only do water, because they don't want the excess calories of the milk. I can't do just water and whey protein. Usually I do an 8oz glass of 2% milk with a scoop of vanilla whey protein and that adds up to 240 calories. I do an apple or orange with that.
