Totally down. I need something like this to keep me motivated. My birthday is the end of this month and this would be a good goal to reach.

I've done this for a week now but still find it challenging. While I can run once it says to start running, I find myself stopping myself short during the running sessions. So I think the best way for me to get better and more conditioned to running is to repeat the same day's workout for the week. Last week I stayed on…

It seems that I keep downloading and deleting the app, but this time I'm sticking to it. I did Week 1 Day 1 on New Year's Eve but I felt that it could have gone better. So later today (1.2.13) I plan on repeating day 1 instead of progressing to day 2. During the run sessions I seem to stop just a few seconds before the…

Eggplant Parmesan is always a good idea. So are portobello mushroom burgers. For those you take the cap and grill them. They taste just like beef and are delicious! :) Hope that helps

This sounds amazing. I was doing well this summer and working out and such but an starting to lose the drive and motivation needed. Hopefully this can keep me back on track. :) It doesn't help that I've been working a lot at my job, which is a movie theaters. There is just too much popcorn surrounding me!

You can never go wrong with frozen foods. The frozen vegetables and fruits are fairly inexpensive and are so versatile in cooking.

Good luck! I know you can do it!!!

Wow that is AMAZING! Add me if you need more support :) That is an amazing goal and I just know that you can succeed.

Moderation is key. It's not so much of a diet, but more of a lifestyle change. If there is that one food that you absolutely can't live without, don't worry. Eat less or limit yourself to a few times a week or month. Feel free to add me for support!
