yeah i've had those before, there really good! I like the little ice cream cups too, its like the right amount of ice cream and not going to kill your diet.

We had grilled chicken with green beans and cantaloupe. Now im off to do my workout for the night...oh great.

Ive been hearing so many good things about it, so i decided to pick some up at the store today. I tried the garlic and herb with club crackers and wow are they good! I might just have to eat another wedge today its so yummy.

I've been doing this video for about a week, and man does it kick my butt! As you keep doing it everyday or every other day you can notice a difference in your endurance. But I've been getting good results from it, so I'm going to stick with it.
