I just tried The Laughing Cow cheese for the first time after reading about it in MFP. It's awesome!! Spread on a Wasa Multigrain cracker, it just the low calorie, high-fiber, whole grain, filling snack I've been looking for!! If you haven't tried it, get some! And thank you to the MFPers who mentioned it!

Other laughing cow treats: (I like the 8% lowfat version for practically no calories)

    melt it in scrambled eggs.

    melt it in quesadillas.

nom it right out of the wrapper.

melt it in anything (pattern emerging here).

Just be careful if you're watching your sodium, it's pretty high in it.:flowerforyou:

Mmmm...I eat one every day! I have made my new favorite 100 calorie snack: 1 laughing cow cheese spread on 14 slices Armour turkey pepperoni with one pickle half. Mmm... High in sodium, yes, but I am a salt addict.
