I’m most certainly not looking to achieve anything too crazy, just loose a little more weight and begin to gain some strength and hopefully start to see a change in my bodyshape to avoid that ‘skinny-fat’ look! I'm on 1210 and my diary is open ( I do eat back exercise calories- either all or some) And I also only eat 1000 on some weekdays for an extra treat at the weekend. Feel free to add me as well :) x

lollipops! v. small admittedly but considering they can last ages they work for curing the sweet craving, I buy a bag of 10 and at 50 cals each they can last a while.
