I would but hubby would have to be willing to do the same for me. It sounds like he isn't willing to stay even if that's what makes you happy....

feel free to add me...

i know people that eat a tablespoon of it a day. I just rub it on my skin and don't currently eat it...I notice that my skin is soft and has a healthy glow now.
-
I did this last weekend. I just put the oil in my hair and let it sit for about 30 minutes. I then showered, shampoo & conditioner like normal. My hair was so soft and shiny after!

http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2012/05/31/coconut-oil-for-healthy-heart.aspx?e_cid=20120531_DNL_art_1 about 1/2 way down it talks about cooking with coconut oil.

I have heard dry brushing your skin before a shower helps. i've also hear coconut oil is supossed to help. I just started doing these so I have no idea if they work with cellulite but I will say in the 2 weeks that i've been doing it my skin is super soft!!

^^^^ THIS!! Definitly take measurements! I have only lost 6 pounds on 3 months but i've lost 12.5 inches!!
-
I like to have everything in moderation. I know if i'm really good the rest of the day/week then once (small) piece of cake or cookie won't derail my goals for the week. Also, if I know I have eaten things that aren't the healthiest I just work extra hard/a few extra minutes in the gym. Remember just because it's there…

I just scrb the potato and bake it like a reagular potato. So yummy! I usually sprinkle some pepper or other seasonings on it. Mmm...

Great Job!! You look wonderful!

I eat 3 meals & at least 3 snacks a day. Although, my snacks and meals are usually around the same amount of calories. I've tried eating just 3 meals a day and i find that i'm constantly feeling hungry if i don't eat every 3 hours. I also don't feel as tired if i eat somethign small more often. I also try and eat lots of…

born & raised in NW PA but now live in western MD. Feel free to add me if you want...welcome!

For me if i'm feeling tired its usually because I haven't had enough protein. I'm not sure why but when I eat lots of protein I feel great. haha...if all else fails I drink a ROCKSTAR lemonade (only 20 calories)!

Have you taken your measurements? The first few months have been discouraging because I only lost a couple pounds a month but I've lost alot of inches. So, i hate the scale but LOVE my measuring tape!
-
I like 30 day shred. It's really helped with my muscles and i can tell i'm alot stronger since starting it.
-
I eat a popsicle. They are only 35 calories! Or 100 calorie popcorn.
-
I would say more protein, fresh fruits & veggie's (I don't count the sugar in fruit). Less carb's... You will do great you just have to figure out what works best for your body. I find that if I eat lost of protein I don't feel hungry and I have alot more energy.

Thanks! Very motivating bc i'm about the same size at you. You look great! :)

I recently had to buy a bridesmaid dress for my sister's wedding in August. I bought a dress that is tight now. I'm thinking that by the time August gets here i'll be smaller and the dress should (hopefully) fit perfectly. If I lose to much i'll just have it taken in.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE zumba! It's a great workout (I burn 688 calories in 1 hr) and so much fun!!! The hour fly's by before I even realize it. I go 3 times a week and it's wonderful. I have been doing it for a couple months and I find everytime I go it gets a little easier. There is people of all shapes & sizes in our zumba…

I love my gym! Actally, I just love the classes. I don't like working out on the machine's as much. I find I get board really fast but in an hour class it flys by! As far as outside activities. I like to bike, run outside (I like to feel like i'm going somewhere instead of on a treadmill), hike, jump on the trampoline with…

Thats wonderful!! Congrats!!!! :drinker:

ZUMBA! It's burns alot of calories depending on how much you weight. It's also alot of fun for me so it doesn't seem like a boring workout. The hour class goes by so fast. I LOVE IT! :)

I say make sure you are taking your measurements. If you are gaining muscle you are getting smaller since muscle takes up less room than fat. I haven't lost alot of weight but i've lost 11 inches! So, I love my measureing tape! :)
-
I would suggest 30 day shred as welll. The results are amazing. I didn't lose much weight but lost 11 inches! Definitly take your measurements before starting so you can really see how much your body changes even if you don't lose alot of pounds.
-
I have no idea what your weight is but I will say you look amazing!! Great job!! I'm guessing you have gained alot of muscle so your inches lost probably are more than your weight lost.

Hi! I grew up a little south of Erie but live in MD now. Feel free to add me as a friend if you want.

Great job! I can see a big difference. Congratulations on your upcoming wedding!!

^^^^THIS - I would definitly recommend measuring. In the past 6 weeks i've only lost about 4 pounds but i've lost at least 11 inches!! It's very frusterating to see the scale stay the same but I LOVE LOVE LOVE my measuring tape!!

I'm so glad you posted this becuase I'm the same as you. I have lost 4 pounds and about 11 inches last time I measured. It's really discouraging to me to see the scale stay the same but i'm so glad i'm not the only one that this is happening to. Congrats on your 11 inches being gone!
