  • Yes, flavor and milk substitute (for me at least). It is a liquid dessert! It's probably the only dessert my kids can't steal from me!!
  • I love this idea! I will look for the Coconut milk in french vanilla. I just tried coconut milk in a Thai dish and it was delicious. And I know--my beloved International Delight has awful fake chemicals in it. Its my one vice but not worth with the calories. I'd rather save that for food! Or my other love.... Wine ;)
  • Thank you for the awesome tips!! I never even thought about tea, maple syrup, and diff milks. I love the tea tip for my second cup bc I never get a chance to finish it and always waste (kcups are $$$!!)...and love the maple syrup idea. And almond milk...and oat milk...what is that? It sounds glorious!

  • Right with y'all!! Started last January, lost 23 lbs, muscles were strong. Then Lyme's disease kicked my butt and stress of mother with end stage cancer. Pounds came back and frustration and feelings of failure. No more. We can do this!!!
