Had an affair w/ Lo Mein and now my scale is kicking me out

Ugh! I need to know when I will get back to my weight that I was on Friday.

On Friday I was 164 (lost 6 lbs since beginning my weight loss (Jan1). My stomach looked flatter, I felt AWESOME! Then Friday night I had a ton of white wine, and Chinese food and I have been paying for it since. I have drank a gallon of water Saturday and Sunday--stayed within my calorie limit per MFP and today worked out for 40 mins (burnt 400 cals)---but I look like I'm pregnant again (trying to lose my baby weight from my 10 month old son)--and my scale is 166. To top it all off, ladies, you will understand--I am gearing up to ovulate, so I have a ton of bloat from the hormone shift---

When I worked out this morning, I was sweating so much and I thought "Ahh, this is all the gallons of water I consumed seeping out finally"---BUT I LOOK EVEN WORSE!!!

Darn it!! I am never drinking like that again b/c I am paying for it double---I spent a whole month losing weight, feeling good, and one slip up, and 3 days later, I look worse (and I feel worse).

I am going to cont. to drink a ton of water and I bought some lemons b/c I read that helps with bloating.

But seriously, when will this end and I get back to 164---or won't I??

Drinking too much alcohol messes me up for days and days. But then all of a sudden *whoosh* it goes back to normal. Everyone's body is different as to when it will go back down. You also have to remember that 164 may have been a low weight day and your weight fluctuates. Sometimes I get to a lower weight for one day but then I'm 1.5 lbs higher for a week. That one low day was the outlier, I was probably just dehydrated. You will be 164 if you continue with a deficit. Just give it time. Don't let this one meal derail you efforts.
