So knowledgeable, yet you lack the basic understanding of a paragraph. Wall of text galore.

Or that humans want to feel special.

Recipe for the pancake thing?

They were talking about how women were treated at that time. They didn't mean passages in the Bible. Maybe you should practice what you preach before posting.
-
Has anyone returned from the "Afterlife"? Until then, no.

While I agree with your comment. I believe she is talking about you micro nutrient intake from those types of foods.

Set fat to .45-.5 (Women handle fats better than men) Fill the remaining calories with carbs. You can have a refeed day if you want. If you do refeed add +100 or more…

This is great!

Didn't I just say that? You are right women tend to respond better to higher fat intakes.

Ray Lewis got caught with it.

Brower, I am with you 100%. It appears you can't talk about three things now: Politics, Religion, Caloric intake.
-
And that means nothing. Your husband and your father ATE under their caloric maintenance. You're acting like women follow some different set of rules. Sorry but they don't. The only difference is most require fewer calories. And when I mean by fewer, I don't mean by much. And if I have to be called snarky the so be it. I…

Workout in the evening?

Any doctor or personal trainer worth anything wouldn't suggest such a thing. Yes, I said that.

*To those who have issues with chest fat. Trust me, I thought I needed surgery. I removed that BS from head and pushed on.* Train hard!
