Whatever happen to just lifting weights? Your "PT" talks too damn much.
-
Sugar doesn't have morals, so it can't be "evil". Oh and by the way fruit has "evil" sugar in it too.
-
Yeah because it's the donuts and not your overall calorie intake.
-
Fixed it for you.

I love how people talk as if something is fact. Where are your studies? http://www.wannabebig.com/diet-and-nutrition/the-dirt-on-clean-eating/ ^backed by studies too. /thread

But you show an exposed back.
-
Yeah, cause we really lift for women.... I don't at least.

Doesn't matter if your eating window is 1 hour or 24 hours. As long as you're in a deficit you will lose weight.
-
The difference is eating cheesecake is not a mistake.
-
let me get some of that.
-
Not sure if serious.

We all have varying levels of insulin resistance. Problem is many people use that as a cover for their fear of carbs. You improve insulin resistance by losing weight. You lose weight by eating as much calories as you can, as long as your weight loss goals are not hindered. Most go straight to "low carb" from the start.…

No.
-
Ok? That's nice. However, that still doesn't change what I said.
-
You're assuming rest days equate to doing nothing or being immobile. Either way, you're wrong.
-
That's not because of meal timing. It's because you are in a deficit. IF doesn't give you magical powers.
-
What?
-
No, but everyone is human. IF you're actually training hard, you will need rest days. Circuit style workouts need not apply.

I use to have knee pain after squatting heavy. What fixed it was: 1. Buy the Supple Leopard book. 2. Getting a lacross ball and placing it behind my knee. Then pressing my thigh towards me. If that makes sense. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rUsX7cVpvdw http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IJbjVBiJpwM Oh like others said, go…

Bingo.
-
I hate to be snarky but thanks for the laugh.
-
Rest as long as you need to. Don't turn your weight lifting session into cardio.
-
Thanks everyone.
-
Yes, you're doing too much cardio. Drop the elliptical nonsense and just walk. If I read that correctly, you're currently doing 4-6 days of cardio?
-
Okay buddy. To the OP. Body Fortress is perfectly fine to be used to hit your protein goals. You're not going to gain weight on 1,400 calories. Protein powder can't make you gain weight on it's own. You gain weight by consuming over your caloric maintenance.

If your obese you're insulin sensitivity is low. As you get leaner sensitivity is improved. In a nut shell your metabolic capacity is improved.
-
You lack tact and you're a douche.

My feelings are yuo mad? You don't have to like EVERY ice cream flavor.
