And you will feel like a stoner as well. Losing weight is just one part of the puzzle. I think that's the big misconception with IIFYM. You still want to pick healthier food choices but leave some space for whatever you want to eat.

If you're happy then stay at your current level for a while. Allow your hormones to "adapt". Later on decide on what you want to do.
