Yep...got the same thing and then I was put on the scale and told to lose weight....it's not fun....I was on a mission after that though. Gallbladder issues are no fun. Take care of yourself. Mine is out and I feel better!

Here's my first one: Today weight: 193.7 Goal weight: 150 I'll have an hour belly dance practice tonight, 2 hour class tomorrow, 1 hour practice on Wednesday, 2 hour class on Thursday, 2 hour practice on Saturday and Sunday too! It's busy when you're in two troups.

I put my pear shape to work bellydancing! It is HARD work! Tones my muscles and my booty looks awesome doing hip movements! It is also fun and promotes awesome self esteem!

I have fun doing yoga, helps make strong, leaner muscles all over. Doesn't have to be hours of it. It's a do it at your own pace kind of thing.
