Can't spot reduce any area of the body with exercise. That happens with consistent calorie deficit and patience.

I have fun doing yoga, helps make strong, leaner muscles all over. Doesn't have to be hours of it. It's a do it at your own pace kind of thing.
Also, I belly dance and am happy to say that I have a strong core and great respect for all that jiggles and wiggles on my bod!:happy:

Lifting weights focusing on your leg muscles, especially your quads and glutes will tone your thighs and slim your waistline. Those muscles are some of the largest in the body, so when you work them, they steal energy from your fat stores, which is the stomach for most women.0

Barbell squats, done properly, will strengthen / tone those muscle areas. If you need to lose fat, though, you'll need to accomplish that by controlling what you eat.0
