Toning my abs and my thighs

Hell my luvs!

I need some help. I want to learn some simple exercises that will assist me with losing my thighs and belly? Please help! :flowerforyou:

    Can't spot reduce any area of the body with exercise. That happens with consistent calorie deficit and patience.

    I have fun doing yoga, helps make strong, leaner muscles all over. Doesn't have to be hours of it. It's a do it at your own pace kind of thing.
    Also, I belly dance and am happy to say that I have a strong core and great respect for all that jiggles and wiggles on my bod!:happy:

    heavy full body compound movements with weights and proper diet.

    Barbell squats, done properly, will strengthen / tone those muscle areas. If you need to lose fat, though, you'll need to accomplish that by controlling what you eat.
