I don't have any after pictures but I'm on my 11th week of 5x5. I've never been stronger. Bench-100lbs to 175lbs Squat- 135lbs to 230lbs OHP- 60lbs to 100lbs Row- 80lbs to 165lbs Unable to do deadlifts due to it making my arthritis flare up.

Luckily mine is only in my upper back and it's only considered minor at this point.
