I'm 5 foot 1 1/2 and my doctor told me as I'm 52 years old that 140 should be the most I should weigh but not to go over it. I have NEVER been under 125 and only 125 due to taking unhealthy diet pills.I think to each their own.I feel best in the 130's and can still eat and splurge at times.

Make some fajitas and you can have it in a salad or buy the low carb shells for you..The low carb shells come in flour and wheat and are really good tasting..I cut up stew meat and add bell pepper/salsa/onions / cilantro /and 1-2 dry taco meat pkgs.Its not really that bad adding everything up but look at your packages and…
