After stuggling for about 3 wks of not loosing anything i finally lost another pound. (My first wk I lost 4 and then nothing.) i guess after walking 5 miles yesterday for an hour and a half finally paid off. I guess i have to do that everyday to get where i want to be. I try to aim for the 1200 that I am allowed. With the exercise that I do I believe I burn between 300-400 calories a day. I eat cereal or english muffin in the morning with cup of coffee with no sugar. i'll have maybe a weight watchers smart ones for lunch fruit or yogurt for snack and a dinner (family dinner). For…

Good for you! Let do this together. I actually started running and I push myself to do a mile and then i walk a mile. If not outside then on the "dreadmill" like you said or on the track at the gym. good luck to you. keep me posted. Linda

If I see that all of you can do it, I can too. I noticed that my first wk at keeping track- I lost 4 pounds and on my second wk I lost nothing. This wk I am starting fresh. I will let you all know how I am doing by the end of the wk. Thanks everyone.:noway:
