I started running this year - never done it before (not for more than a week!). My schedule so far has been: 1st Jan: 4.4 miles 2nd Jan: 6 miles 5th Jan: 4.4 miles 8th Jan: 6 miles 11th Jan: 4.4 miles 15th Jan: 7.5 miles 16th Jan: 4.4 miles Thats 37.1 miles in January so far.. and yesterday I signed up for a half marathon…

my downfall this weekend was alcohol. Only planned to have two glasses wine on Saturday - BUT - where I hadnt eaten much during the day it only took two glasses for me to lose focus!.. coupled with the fact that I appeared to have a self filling glass.. was a BAD day! double whammy on the upset - managed to sprain a muscle…

I log absolutely everything, I just like to have a record of what I have eaten and drunk so that I can look back over successful and unsuccessful weeks and make comparisons.

am so feeling your pain! have stuck rigidly to calories, exercised every day and after losing 2kgs in first week or so, have put .3kg back on :angry:

I did my neck/waist/hips measurements - and am seeing results already - and I only started just over a week ago. I know from past experience tho, that I lose bust first, then waist and lastly bum :(

I allow myself 175ml of wine on a week night with my dinner if I fancy it, and Friday & Saturday night I have a 300 ml glass. However, I have started offering to drive when I go out! - no calories, no hangover!

lol... as long as you weigh yourself in same situation each time then its an accurate reading. so.. ALWAYS poop first and weigh self naked!

I recently did a Ham and all I added was half can Cider, cooked on low for 6 hours. Delicious!

when I did weight watchers, Archers and Diet Lemonade were the lowest in points value - half teh points of Vidke or Gin etc....

tricky to eat when I am in the meetings with them .. but will try and fill up on more filling foods at breakfast I think :S Thanks
