The opposite for me... I have always been able to handle my drink (it's a family trait...sadly) but now I have lost my weight I have to be careful cuz I get buzzed pretty quick! Fun! Haha

Don't think weight loss now...think "I want the best, healthiest, most toned body I can get!!!" Start lifting weights (to tone) or work on a TRX! I reached my goal weight and have been really working getting toned and at 48 I'm in the best shape of my life! Enjoy not having to "lose" weight and really work it now!!! Enjoy!!

Always choose "real" food and GONE are the days where nutritionist say to eat only the egg white! The whole egg is all very very healthy...perfect really! Great low cal protein!!!!!!

Go to your food log and then into recipes...put all the ingredients in and how many servings and it will not only break it all down for you but it will be saved for the next time you eat it!! I would say it's not the low calories but the exercise that your body is adjusting to. In looking at your food diary I would suggest you eat more "real" foods!! Good lean meat, veggies, fresh fruit and so on! Lean cousine is full of processed stuff and high in sodium! The calorie content is low because it's a small portion!! Get a good healthy cookbook and start teaching yourself how to make good quality…

You have the right idea Kath...it should be looked at as a life change to healthy foods! The body wants good food (fuel) put in it so it has the energy to move and the weight falls to where it is meant to be! Wish our gym would offer a TRX class, that would be great! We just have one hanging off the equipment and someone showed me how to use it and now I notice more people trying it! Starting Monday I have worked out a program and will work it 3x a week...I will let you know if I can move on Friday!! Hahaha
