I love soup and find it so satisfying for not too many calories!! I crumble Melba toast in it for added crunch!! Love Amy's soups but it's great to learn how to make your own soup, and easy!!! Good luck in your weight loss!!!!

Think it's going to be tough but I could be wrong. Alcohol in small amounts seems to be ok for me but the weeks I've had more but still stayed in my calorie count I have failed to lose much. That is the move that I fell in love with the first day it's a sort of jump to the side to a curtsy lunge and jump out far to other side into a curtsy...such great deep work!!!!

Put a few tablespoons on your salad and mix it all up (rather than dressing)...add some diced chicken and any other veg perhaps a few olives and you have the perfect (and very filling) lunch....just had it today!!!! Yum yum

...true, you will just pee out the unused however it also can make you have loose poo when you take to much? 1000mg a day is good but I always double that if I feel a cold or flu coming on (which is not too often thank goodness) Stay healthy!!!

Thanks guys, have been working the TRX a few times a week but think I will go to 3 days as there is SOOO much to do with one! Like you have all said, each workout can be so deferent. I have incorporated the kettlebells with it as well and I can really feel how deep in the muscle it works!! Thanks for your input!!!!!

I'm in UK (Surrey)... How do you find "groups" to check for UK members!!?? Anyway, have been on MFP for about a month now but have been doing a "Biggest Loser" contest at work which started 9 weeks ago. I've lost a total of 10 now so feel pretty happy. MFP has helped a ton! Add me if you like! :0)

Close...I'm 5'6" and started at 151 lbs (10st 11) but am around 140 (10st) now...hoping to get to 130 (9st4)!! I'm turning 48 this month so the weight comes off a little slower! I'm from the States (Colorado) but live in UK! Friend me if you like...sounds like we are in the same boat. I'm on around 1300 a day! Good luck!!

I know the race!! I've done the Grim and the Terminator but this one sounds too tough! (Ive done 4 half marathons and one full but think this would be toughert than those too) The thing is... get fit, sign up, and do it! These races are the most amazing atmosphere and you end up leaving any partners and fighting through it…
