I added some heavier dumb bells (8lbs) to my Gunnar Peterson’s “give me 20” ball and weight workout...omgoodness, my belly is sore! Only going to use this in 1-2 times per week.

It’s so nice that you can have that experience with the eagles and their chicks...I do miss seasons for sure...now my home is in Key West so we have different more subtle spring experiences...but my orchids are starting to bloom and usually by Mother’s Day nature gives me quite a show. Hello CRody44... It is time consuming, but I have been trying do two intervals, one before work and another after. I use a treadmill and mostly walk but have short intervals of running :grumble: Today I was able to get in a total of 7.2 miles in two hours total time. I like to walk at 3.5 pace, at least you are doing…
