Hello CRody44... It is time consuming, but I have been trying do two intervals, one before work and another after. I use a treadmill and mostly walk but have short intervals of running :grumble: Today I was able to get in a total of 7.2 miles in two hours total time. I've increased my distance...Yay! Yesterday total 8.2 miles...so far today 3.7...tonight, hopefully another 3-4...I feel great!

I am on my way again...It's been challenging to get the 5 miles in but even if I don't quite make the goal I am not giving up. 5.3 yesterday and so far 1.7 before work today!

I would like to Join this Challenge too...My goal is 5 miles a day which seems a bit daunting I agree. I am breaking it up into 2 intervals, before work and after work. So far today I have logged 3.0 (before work).
