The only thing that ever helps me is to eat protein every three hours or so. I feel more stable when I have more protein, not on a constant sugar roller coaster. It's hard- I just jumped off my sugar roller coaster two days ago and I feel better. Getting a walk in or some exercise helps the brain chemicals too! Oh yeah-…

All good stuff, thank you! I notice when I cut way down the cravings go away so that is what I need to do but it is hard. I am trying really hard to take a multivitamin too because I heard with the vitamin deficiencies you can get many different cravings! Thanks for the tips!

Usually it is from not enough sleep and extra stress. Hope it goes away soon! Rest up! :)
