Well, so far I have done 45 min on the treadmill, had my water, and my usual breakfast. Easter Bunny did not come to me (I didn't buy myself an egg) but I am going out to lunch and then will have a light dinner. Thinking that it will be just my (now) usual day! Have a Happy Easter everyone!

I just start afresh the next day .... the new day!!! I may try to fit in an extra walk or some form of exercise the next day but i don't change my calories the next day... Cheers - Sharron

Hi there - I have been having the Aldi brand shake - have tried the chocolate, vanilla and coffee flavours. I love the coffee one and at less than $2 a pop I swear by them. Cheers - Sharron

i walk every day and I am eating pretty healthy meals. I have had pretty consistent results but have a fair way to go. I usually walk around the neighbourhood and am really enjoying it.
