Hummus is a reat choice and I'm totally obsessed with the Laughing Cow cheese wedges. My favorite is the reduced fat swiss cheese (35 cals.). I usually spread the cheese on wedge crackers, english muffin, etc. It goes with pretty much anything.

I go 1 whole egg, 1 egg white with cajun seasoning (less sodium than salt), spinach, onions, tomatoes, mushrooms, cilantro. Sometimes I only use a few of the veggie ingredients, sometimes all. Depends on what I have.

I think people judge you, but they don't know your story. They have no idea how far you have come or how hard you workout/eat clean on a day to day basis. So who cares... let them judge all they want.

I don't plan any cheat days or meals, it just happens by chance. I'm 5'5" and my heaviest was 158 lbs, which was in January of this year. My lightest was 134 lbs when I was 22. I don't have an exact number goal, but I would love to be under 140 lbs, so anywhere between 135-138 lbs.

28 been on here for a while because my friends introduced me to it, but they stopped coming on. Always looking for motivating friends and I work out at least 4 days a week! I recently switched over to soy and almond milk versus regular. I don't have a problem with regular and will still drink it, but I personally just like the taste of soy and almond. Sometimes I drink a cup before bed if I feel like snacking, it shuts my stomach up. :)

Moderation for sure. I think one a day is fine. Sub for mayo in a sandwich for lunch or add in a salad shouldn't be a problem. Same with almonds, olive oil; moderation.
