It's 350. One bag popped has 10 cups (serving size= 4 cups x 2.5 Servings per bag) 10 Cups x 35 Calories per cup = 350 Calories. Problem solved.

I have horrible intense cramps the first 2 days, and go really heavy (TMI, I know). But I force myself to workout, because it actually takes away some of cramp pain. I'll do anything from Spinning to pilates, it all just depends on my mood. Just think of it as another obstacle to tackle, you'll get through it!
