I know I wasn't loosing anymore weight at 1,200 cals so I increased my 2 weeks ago I increased to 1,450. I lost 3 pounds that 1st week. This week I gained 2 pounds. I'm going to wait and see what happens next week. Another thing I have a doubt in... Low carbs diet? to loose body fat.

Thank you! It's making more sense now. Today I tested out the 40%, 40%, 20 % macros and freaked me out how much food I had to eat. LOL! but I do agree I was under eating. I'll try your suggestion tomorrow.

When u loose weight one of the first places to loose weight from is your face (I read it in a mag). So if you keep it up in no time you'll be with a flawless jaw line (no double chin).

I think it's all the condiments and preservatives restaurant food has. It's full of sodium and Sat fat. :(

YOu certainly can do it!... TiP: look for a picture of that beautiful dress you just love. (be realistic about it) and take it with you everywhere and when ever you feel like a splurge coming on. Look at that dress and remember that you love yourself and you must accomplish your goal to fit into that dress. :) Good Luck…

Insanity worked for me.... Before doing insanity I would struggle to complete 2 miles after insanity I can run 3 miles and feel great afterwards and I can do sprints where before I couldn't. So I think insanity does help but don't know if to the extent of running 26 miles.

Yes @ an Incline you burn more calories, I read it in Self magazine this month and it says it's a "Calorie Torcher" LOL!!. I've been doing incline walks this week as-well and I burn more calories that my mile jog. :wink:
