Anyone know of any good online fitness videos for beginners that don't require any equipment.
I thought it would be nice to start a collection of them for others to reference and try out.
Current collection:
1. 20 min cardio/dance workout- http://www.exercisetv.tv/workout-videos/cardio/20-min-dance-party-5980?series=776658624
2. a variety of workouts from women's health mag- http://www.womenshealthmag.com/fitness/workouts-to-go-0

Here is one that I tried from exercise tv.The video is for cardio/dance workout and is 20mins long. It got me sweating and it went super fast. I don't think I was doing all the moves right since I am pretty uncoordinated but I figure as long as I kept moving I would be fine. http://www.exercisetv.tv/workout-videos/cardio/20-min-dance-party-5980?series=7766586240

hulu.com has lots of different yoga and pilates ones. That's where I get all my yoga from. I wouldn't doubt if they had other workouts too. I've never looked them up to see.0

30 min less is more cardio- http://www.hulu.com/watch/117926/new-year-new-you-less-is-more-cardio0 -

I was unemployed when I started exercising and needed free and easy stuff to do. Here's some of what I have found.

Here are some videos from youtube:

These 3 equal her 2 mile Walk Away the Pounds for Abs. (Uses her 'walk belt' but can be done without it or with light hand weights.)
Also:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G8b4P57jNsQ&feature=PlayList&p=3276123ADD7730EE&playnext_from=PL
These 2 are 1 mile each. You can create a playlist if you have an account and then you can play them all consecutively. (I have also recently discovered that I can put them on my RealPlayer (free download) and not download the commercials! This is a much smoother transition even than as a youtube playlist.)
This is a 15 minute 1 mile walk with the California raisin!:

Scroll down the page and click on the Web video link to the right of the picture.
And finally, here's a link to her 1, 2, and 3 mile Start Walking workouts:

All these links can be watched and done on line.
Also, http://www.reachfitness.tv/ has some free videos that are pretty good.
Also try youtube and Google video.0 -

This is great, thanks everyone - it's finally starting to get cooler here and pretty dark in the morning, so I wanted to find something I can do inside when it's wet and cold and dark. I'm going to check out the 20m dance!0

I've never actually tried any of these workouts, but I've checked out the page a few times - bodyrock.tv
You can also find most of this chick's workouts on youtube as well. They post new ones all the time.0
