Eighty pounds gone... not all of MFP

Many of you have been wondering why I am sweating out these last 4 pounds. The reason is that I was formerly quite large. The before picture was taken several years ago. That's not even at my highest weight. Now that I am close to my goal weight, I hope that I have learned enough about nutrition and exercise to keep the pounds from coming back!

I had a total of 77 pounds to lose and am over half way so your pictures are VERY inspiring to me. I can see a difference in myself so far but often wonder how I will look 80 pounds slimmer. seeing how AMAZING you look after 80 pounds gone is truly beautiful.
