I miss cheesecake, chocolate cake, coconut cake..in fact, I could live on cake. Its been tough to curb this seemingly uncontrollable sweet tooth. But I am again trying. The yogurt cheese cake "sike" just may work.

I refuse to live my life by watching a number..I am not a number. Just keep on working out and eating right. The health benefits are astounding!

I shred the turkey and top with a slice of low fat white cheese, tbsp of low sugar cranberry sauce, all on a toasted 1/2 egg bun. Yum

Thats exactly right. The Medical Assistant at my doctor office thinks I am nuts but I never want them to give me a number. If it is even 5lbs higher than the one I use at the gym, I get all depressed and drive thru McDonalds on the way home, and not for a chicken wrap..I go for the big guns, Big Mac, fries and chocolate…
