dont be, you should take two days off per week. rest is just as important as working out.. I personally do a 3 days on, 1 day off, 2 days on and 1 day off... it works well for me.

My wife and I belong to Planet Fitness and they have a 30 Minute Complete Body Circuit with Cardio Stepper. We workout 5 days per week Wednesday-Sunday mornings. You need to look at it as a Life change not a diet. I know how that sounds but its true. I had a very unhealthy life style for so long. So now I and my wife have changed things and work at it daily. MFP is a great tool to help you. good luck. Dont for get, if you do the same thing every day you will get the same results.
