It will come off...keep with it. Make healthy eating choices and exercise...be patient. As my hubby said (and I only hated him for an hour or so...), "Honey, the weight didn't all come on in 1 month..."

Yeah...I agree...after baby #3, things just don't spring right back anymore do they? The AbRipper on P90X is killer...Of course, I can feel my non-exsitent (sp?) abs raking the lawn...

Yeah...been there, done that. Have to be honest and say I was looking for a miracle. Check my log. I have been being good, taking my liquid protein prior to bed and nada. nothing. no change in inches as they say. I just tried to online chat to say "wtf", but they are experiencing issues...

I like the Vanilla Whey protein shake powder from Costco. you can make it with milk...or water with some ice is pretty good too!
