Other people noticing a change...
So, I just weighed and and I am pretty excited. The pounds are starting to come off. But, what I was going to post is that last week, I had a co-worker say I was looking pretty trim, another asked if I'd been working out and a doc was noticing that I was lookin' good....YEAH!

Constipation vs. Using all the food
Just kind of curious what you all think...I've been eating WAY better than I used to. Fresh fruits/veggies/leafy greens and drink water/fluids throughout the day. I only have to have a BM like twice a week. I know babies don't poo when their bodies are using it all--does that apply to adults also?

Too much protein?!? Meal replacements
So, I realize that I have been trying to take the easy way out. When I am busy at work, or home, and trying not to cheat...I will make myself a protein shake--either as a snack or meal replacement. Then, a trainer I know told me that the body cannot digest that much protein in a day...Huh?
