Here's a thought - what if you allowed yourself to 'go off' your diet for two days by a few hundred calories a day, BUT continued to track your food? Yeah that part of losing weight sucks, but i would say get some good bras and make the most of what you've stil got. No sense in crying over what you've lost, since the only way for you to get them back would be to gain the weight you've lost and you know you don't want to do that.

Ok I have to be honest here - since my last weigh in I GAINED 4 LBS! DOH! and CRAPPITY CRAP! I did a MS150 bike ride this weekend. Rode LOTS of miles (175), but also ate lots of carbs. Hoping some of this is water weight - lol well I just have to work a little harder to reach my September challenge goal. But I WILL! Back…

Lots of us have those days, although maybe not to that degree. It could be a sign that 1800 calories/day is not enough for you though. You may want to double check your daily caloric need. If you notice this is a pattern though, you may also want to look into joining a group in your area, something like Overeaters…
