Nice sharing it here sir. :) I just try my first pavlova, half of it, just nice and not as sweet as many said. Actually, I triple confirm it before i am buying it as i am not belong to the sweet tooth member. ;) I also quickly have a nice walk and jog for an hour a few minutes after enjoying it. Lol.

My trick is to have a good lunch! I have a plate of 64g rice with fresh salad and some lean meat.. such as steam fish with lemon dressing. Yummy! and i am not starving at all

I dont know if this may help.. but i have lost 7kg in 2 weeks and follow by 3 kg in another 2 weeks by eating more hi protein and hi fiber food n took less carbs, Also increase my calcium intake.. however.. after a few weeks, my body can't stick to the diet any more. I start to eat more after that. So I don't recommend u…

Thanks for the sharing dear. Now i understand why after a week of weight drop, my weight after that is still the same for a few week. This is all because of the water and glycogen forming activity!! I will stay on my diet which is below 1200/day. :heart: u! :flowerforyou:
