Looking for females who had a lot to loose like me, how do you make it through. What changes did you make? Please add me and help me through my struggles

I have lost 10lbs, but have 70 more to go. Just take it 1lb at a time. Remember that every pound you lose is a victory.0

Lost over 50lbs so far...by the time I'm done, I'll have lost almost 60. (Hopefully.) Probably not considered "a lot"...but feel free to add me if my profile speaks to you.
As far as changes go, my problems were mostly with portion control - my portions were HUGE, and that I was about as active as a pet rock most of the time... Once I overcame those two problems, I was on my way.0 -
I have over 130 pounds to lose. I'm not there yet... but, I'm getting there. Slowly. I just started, though... but, I could use all the extra motivation. Feel free to add me.0

Thanks for the support everyone, congrats on your losses what achievements. I have roughly 30-40lbs left to loose. Right now I would just be happy to be in the 170s again, I wish it came off as fast as it came on!!!0
