Hi there, same here, I was eating chicken for awhile but have given that up, so now only seafood. Anyone can feel free to add me. I try to eat clean most of the time and am hoping to start walks with the dog again if winter ever leaves :)

Hi there, feel free to add me. I'm new to this as well :) Sarah

Same thing here. If I eat bad food every day I have no problem. If I eat moderately clean for even a few days, and then get McD's or something like that, I'm sick within thirty minutes so I just don't bother anymore.

Feel free to add me. Like others, prefer those that are active loggers, will help keep us both motivated :)

I loved Tennant but I think I am leaning toward Matt Smith as my favorite doctor. Hard to say, don't make me choose!

Thanks for posting this, this is great. Shows what the big picture can look like instead of just focusing on the now, and worrying about a gain here and there.

My sister has gone through this with her 5 year old boy. Per doctor's suggestions she has cut out wheat (he showed sensitivity) and tries to limit as much processed food as she can. Apparently research shows that all those chemicals are not good for kids (think kid's breakfast cereals, etc.) So now she tries to give him…

MFP has you set at 1470, your diary shows some days where you have breakfast lunch and dinner logged, and you have a total of 800 calories, 700 calories, even 600 calories one day. This is way too little, even if you aren't working out, never mind the fact that you are. Your body is going to hang on to whatever you give it…

Lol, I was just talking about this over the weekend. My night elf in wow, sleek and agile

I want to know if it will play PS3 games. I have a feeling it won't but you never know.

TDEE is TOTAL expenditure. This would include your walking, so I wouldn't use sedentary. Try this calculator. I have calculated my BMR and TDEE, minus 20% for weight loss, and got similar figures for how many calories to eat each day. When you do this method you don't eat back your exercise calories because they are…

I think its each level for 10 days

Don't forget to take your measurements. I haven't lost any weight yet, but lost an inch off my chest, hips, and elsewhere. From what I read it takes a little bit, plus your muscles store water while repairing when you first start working out.

Bump, I'd like to know this as well

Since you like your crock pot, I think a great book is Fix It and Forget it Lightly, especially the pot roast :) http://www.amazon.com/Fix-It-Forget-It-Lightly-Healthy-Low-Fat/dp/156148718X/ref=sr_1_cc_1?s=aps&ie=UTF8&qid=1359579164&sr=1-1-catcorr&keywords=fix+it+and+forget+it+lightly

You are averaging over half a pound per week. I think that is a great accomplishment. Sometimes quicker is not better.

I'm from the northeast and I visit a friend in SC, 30 min from Greenville (I actually fly into GSP). I love it down there and the people are very friendly.

I eat a snack an hour before I leave work, then go home and work out, then make dinner. If I eat dinner first there's almost no way I'm working out after that. I would just want to relax the rest of the night.
