  • I was pretty sure it wasnt muscle, I didnt know the body retained water to repair itself. thats good to know. My clothes are fitting so much looser so I think I'm going to stay away from the scale.

  • I know how you feel, my family isnt into it much either. It's just my husband and I now and ha is always saying ( here connie eat this a little wont hurt you.) things of that nature. It gets frustrating when you dont get support at home. Welcome, and I will do my best to support and encourage you.:smile:

  • I know what your going through, my husband just recently had a heart transplant, june 12 2012. It really makes a person stop and think about what they are doing to their bodies.
