Thanks for reaching out, I didn't measure myself when I started back in January. I should take measurements but I'm not ready to see those numbers yet. I need to keep strong or I won't be able to have my knees taken care of. :)

One thing that works for me when at a family gathering is too offer to bring a snack or appetizer that I know I can eat. So there is an option for me. My vote is for Threat Thursday. I like this one because we are faced with threats everyday from ourselves and others who don't understand the struggle. For me that's one of my biggest obstacles.
